The BRS-LLS980LY2 is a 6-in-1 diode laser machine that combines 980nm and 1470nm wavelengths in one fiber-coupled unit. It covers vascular work, endovenous laser treatment, skin rejuvenation and nail therapy on a single platform.

How It Works

Two wavelengths do different jobs. The 980nm beam is absorbed by deoxygenated haemoglobin, which coagulates small vessels and stops bleeding as the fiber advances. The 1470nm beam is strongly absorbed by water, so it delivers controlled thermal energy to a shallow depth for ablation and collagen heating. In endovenous laser treatment, the radial fiber inside the vein heats the vessel wall from the inside, which makes it contract and close. The same energy profile is used to treat nail fungus and to stimulate collagen in skin rejuvenation programmes.
